$.80 Domains

They include basic domain management features (DNS management, mass A record change, etc), but privacy protection in not an option. Just use fake info for the whois, there only $.80, who care of they get revoked (i don’t know anyone that has ever had a domain revoked anyways).
The promotion is over at the end of March, so get them wile you can!

can anyone here tell me how to get some domains at that rate without having to reveal my personal details?

Yeah, they are only accepting credit cards at the moment. However, if you are willing to pay slightly more (still cheap) Directdot.com has .info domains for $1.69. (directdot is where i buy all of my domains)
